Membership Information

You can join each local affiliate individually but if you do business across the State, you can save money by joining as a Statewide Vendor Member.  For only $985 a year, you become a member of all four local associations, the State association and the National Apartment Association.  This amount is pro-rated on a quarterly basis so if you join in July, you would only be paying half of the annual fee.

Each local affiliate provides networking, advertising and additional membership opportunities to assist the vendor member form relationships and build their business.  Member benefits include:
