I have worked in the multi-family industry for 35+ years, starting from Maintenance to Facilities Director for various Management companies throughout Michigan. I have been teaching and training Maintenance Technicians for the past 10+ years in all areas of building and apartment maintenance. I am also an ESCO Proctor, DSR for Allied Air, and a Member of RSES. I currently travel teaching HVAC, basic electrical and plumbing, appliance repair, and troubleshooting to many technicians within the multi-family industry and contractors alike.
