In the Administrative Order, the court has ended forever the practice in Jackson, Monroe, Westland, and elsewhere which allowed for landlord-tenant cases to be pursued through the mail.  This had been stopped during the pandemic for no apparent reason.  If your property is in one of these jurisdictions, this would be an appropriate issue to address if you liked court by mail.
